Network Engineer

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join us. As part of the role, you will be Member of the IT Team that is part of the R&D group.

 Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Configure and maintain firewalls and other security devices to protect company data and systems.
• Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and enhance overall infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking and security trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving network and security-related incidents.
• Assist in documentation and maintaining network diagrams, policies, and procedures.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, NSE (FortiGate Security and Infrastructure), or other networking and security-related qualifications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience working within an in-house Infrastructure team for at least 3 years.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
• Familiarity with firewall technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, IPTables, Fortinet) and basic security principles.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
• Basic knowledge in Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
