We are seeking a super-talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team!

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the critical connection between our hiring managers, stakeholders, and prospective talent.
Your primary responsibility will be to partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract top-notch candidates to help drive our company's success.
Responsibilities- Manage the entire life cycle recruitment (end-to-end recruitment) process, focusing on R&D positions, including scheduling interviews, initial screenings, and interviews to assess candidates, qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand their team dynamics, business goals, and talent needs, ensuring alignment between recruitment efforts and organizational objectives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to job offer acceptance, make sure candidates feel valued and excited about joining our team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner for R&D technical roles - must!
- Proficiency in technical roles recruitment, with a firm grasp of technical skills, tools, and industry trends.
- At least 1 year experience with recruiting for the US the Europe.
- Experience with LinkedIn as a sourcing tool.
- Availability to work from our TLV office at least 4 days a week - must.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to take the initiative and build strong, productive relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and hiring teams.
- Strong execution capabilities, highly organized, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
- Creative mindset and business orientation thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
