We are looking for ambitious and proactive e-mail professional with a strong foundation in performance driven email marketing, B2C operations and revenue management,

Responsibilities- Constantly optimize Email Deliverability, while scaling up send volume and KPI impact: Maintain best practices in deliverability, including monitoring domain health, list hygiene, and email authentication protocols
- Plan and Execute Email content Strategies to increase sales and retention:
- Detailed email calendars to promote events and personalized content to increase user engagement and reach monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Build and Optimize User Journeys and Life-Cycle campaigns: Design, implement, and refine automated workflows to reduce churn and create positive user experiences.
- Drive Performance Optimization: Use data to generate A/B testing hypotheses, execute experiments, and improve key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with writers, designers and other internal stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging email campaigns.
- Exhibit God-Level Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of email creation, from copy to design, technical setup and seamless User experience
- 3+ years experience in end-to-end performance driven e-mail marketing operations in a sales oriented b2c environment; proven email marketing track record of success in creating and managing campaigns with measurable KPI results.
- Expertise in email automation tools such as Ongage, Braze, MailChimp, Marketo, Klaviyo, and similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices & performance monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with an eye for compelling copy and design
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Mother tongue English , additional languages- plus
