Product Designer - Maternity Leave replacement

EasySend is a low-code provider of a platform for organizations to build SaaS-based customer-facing interactions, including web-based data collection experiences, document creation and management, and eSignature solutions.

As we expand our team to deliver a top-notch product portfolio, we are growing our Champions League Product Team and looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack (UX/UI) Product Designer to join one of our units. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, the sales team, marketing, and others to make an impact on our amazing products by improving the businesses of hundreds of our clients and influencing the lives of millions of end-users around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Design Lead, Product Management, and Engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all stages of Product Design (UX/UI) from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conduct market and user research.
• Lead ideation and creativity processes in a team – brainstorming and design thinking.
• Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and explain designs and key milestone deliverables.
• Assume ownership of the Product Design System.
• Collaborate with developers on design QA and asset delivery.
• Contribute to the establishment and promotion of design guidelines, best practices, and methodologies.
• Maintain design files and documentation on a day-to-day basis.

• 5+ years of experience designing at a B2B SaaS product-focused tech company.
•  An innovative problem solver with a passion for transforming complex problems into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Proven ownership of products’ full lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Fluent in Figma (must-have) and other visual design and wireframing tools. Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/3-in-a-box (3IAB) development processes.
• A team player, but also highly independent.
• Strong communication skills and a team-building spirit.
• Obsessed with users, with a strong background in conducting discovery sessions and usability tests.
• A critical thinker – loves data and is able to generate product insights and hypotheses.
• Fluent in English.
