EX.CO is looking for an experienced product manager with a strong background in video and analytics solutions to join our product development team and drive the strategy and development of EX.CO’s video solutions for top-tier publishers. We are looking to extend our offering with new video experiences that provide top user experience while driving optimized revenue to publishers.

Long story short, you will:
- Define and execute the strategy for EX.CO video platform solutions in the publisher market, translating large data initiatives into actionable items.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap while championing data literacy and video management workflow across the organization to drive adoption rates.
- Produce detailed product specifications and lead product development in collaboration with multiple engineering teams.
- Conduct thorough market assessments, user interviews, and testing to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with the product design team to lead discussions, create exceptional user experiences, and map out data personas and consumer profiles.
- Partner with product analysts to optimize product funnels, user journeys, and capabilities, ensuring all decisions are driven by relevant KPIs.
- Define go-to-market strategy and collaborate seamlessly with marketing and sales teams to successfully launch new products.
- Become a domain champion within the organization, promoting awareness and driving your products forward while consistently pushing for innovation and growth.
And will be awesome if you have:
- 7+ Years of product management experience in B2B startups specializing in Video products coupled with a strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem.
- Experience bringing a product to market from the design stage to client adoption.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Independent hard worker who thrives on the creation and is capable of opening a new field.
- Data-driven - analysis, research and execution of features based on data.
