Our systems handle over 20 billion predictions daily, enabling us to make instant, data-driven decisions that maximize campaign performance.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the vision and development of data-centric solutions for our organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Business units, transforming complex data insights into strategic tools that enhance our operations. Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy:
- Develop and implement a compelling product vision for data and machine learning solutions that align with company goals and address the needs of our various teams, delivering measurable value across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Business units to design and build products that leverage big data and machine learning, tackling complex challenges and improving operational efficiency.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and informed by real-time data insights.
- Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from initial discovery to launch—managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Performance Optimization:
- Track and evaluate product performance using key metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
- User Engagement:
- Engage with end users to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, addressing challenges, and celebrating achievements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Technical Background:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical role: Data Scientist / BI Engineer/ Data Analyst.
- Product Management Experience:
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception through execution.
- Expertise in Data & Machine Learning:
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, visualization tools, and machine learning models, with the ability to apply these to address complex operational challenges.
- Industry Experience:
- Experience with AdTech platforms or Real-Time Bidding (RTB) systems is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on expertise in big data and cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) or large-scale systems is preferred.
- Methodological Rigor:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to a data-driven approach in product management and decision-making.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
