We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Microsoft Alliance Manager to drive and expand our partnership with Microsoft. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our alliance with Microsoft, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maximizing joint opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, strong relationship management skills, and a track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Build and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy with Microsoft to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key Microsoft stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, and partner teams.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and execute joint GTM plans, including co-selling motions, co-marketing campaigns, and joint solution development.
  • Revenue & Performance Management: Drive measurable business outcomes by tracking and optimizing partner-led sales initiatives, pipeline development, and partner-sourced revenue.
  • Program Management: Leverage Microsoft's partner programs, incentives, and funding opportunities to maximize business impact.
  • Internal Enablement: Act as the Microsoft subject matter expert within the organization, educating internal teams on partner programs, solutions, and best practices.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership to ensure alignment between company objectives and Microsoft partnership goals.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about Microsoft’s evolving product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in strategic alliances, partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft's partner programs, co-sell motions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate partnership opportunities into measurable business results.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence.
