Description

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team and help drive efficiency, alignment, and insights across our revenue-generating teams. You will play a key role in optimizing sales processes, analyzing revenue performance, and ensuring accurate forecasting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of sales and revenue operations.

What am I going to do?
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and revenue data to provide actionable insights for leadership. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in CRM and BI tools.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and business success teams to improve pipeline efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Assist in revenue forecasting and performance tracking, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in sales and revenue operations processes, implementing automation and workflow improvements where possible.
  • CRM & Tech Stack Management: Maintain and optimize the use of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other revenue tech stack tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Commission & Incentives: Support the calculation and analysis of sales commissions and incentive structures.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Work on special projects to improve revenue operations strategies, pricing analysis, or go-to-market effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or HubSpot).
  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; 
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and solving revenue-related challenges.  Regularly accompanies analysis with clear summaries and suggestions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
