IT business partner PassportCard

We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join our dynamic team at PassportCard.

As a BRM, you will act as the critical link between our business unit and PassportCard Labs, managing and prioritizing all business requirements while driving innovative solutions to meet organizational goals.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the business unit and the technology division (Labs).
• Collect, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into actionable and prioritized requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiatives, set goals, and align with organizational strategy.
• Manage the development backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
• Resolve conflicts between business users and promote effective collaboration across teams.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Measure and evaluate the value delivered by implemented solutions.

• proven experience in business analysis, product management, or requirements management. (Experience in the insurance or financial services industries is a strong advantage.).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with senior management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Information Systems Analysis
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
