Description

Riverside is revolutionizing the way companies create audio and video content by enabling studio-quality recordings and lighting fast editing directly from browsers or our app. We are growing fast and brands like Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia use us every day.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll be a key partner in taking our Sales organization to the next level, responsible for creating the strategy for and the delivery of engaging, value-rich training and onboarding programs that result in optimizing revenue generation in alignment with organizational initiatives.

You'll work directly with our go-to-market (GTM) team to increase performance and deliver a value-based approach to our customer-facing activity.

Job responsibilities:-

Build and Run a Sales Enablement Machine – Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, and continuously improve enablement programs that drive real impact.

Train, Onboard, and Equip Sales Reps – Make sure new reps ramp fast and the team keeps leveling up with the right training, content, and resources.

Align and Communicate Across Teams – Keep sales, marketing, and product on the same page, ensuring enablement priorities match business needs and everyone knows what success looks like.

Use Data to Level Up – Track performance, spot gaps, gather feedback, and constantly refine the enablement strategy to help the team sell better and faster.

Own the Tech Stack – Maintain and optimize sales enablement tools so reps have exactly what they need, when they need it, without friction.

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in a high-performance, Saas sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training. Sales background - big advantage.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Strong executor, with excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful, and motivated
