About the Role:
In your role as a Global Talent Acquisition partner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify top talents for our rapidly expanding organization. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will source talent creatively and effectively, always considering the candidate's experience from the first screening interview to reference checks and job offers.
You will join an exceptional HR team, working alongside some of the most talented hiring managers in a super successful organization. Besides offering a fresh perspective, you will also be able to maintain our strong, globally consistent company culture.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout our full-cycle recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external interfaces around the globe.
- Recruit and network with potential candidates using social media platforms, networking events, and other methods.
- Establish a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates to support the organization's goals.
- Keep the pipeline full of great, relevant candidates
- Conducting HR interviews
- Think of your data analysis as a process of 'keep learning and improving'
- Responsible for initiating and managing recruitment and HR projects
- Hack everything—propose and lead initiatives
- Native English – mandatory
- A passion for recruitment
- A minimum of four years of experience recruiting various tech ecosystem
- At least two years of global recruiting experience in go-to-market roles
- Availability to conduct interviews and attend meetings during U.S. hours
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Conducting HR interviews
- A strong understanding of social media tools
- High-level sourcing experience, with a focus on attracting passive talent
- Working experience with Excel and data analytics tools
- Experience with Employer Brand / Candidate Marketing - Huge advantage
- Relationship-building skills with stakeholders and candidates
- We offer a hybrid work model: 3 times a week from our office in Petack Tikva, Israel
