Monetization Illustrator (Bingo)

Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.We are looking for a talented Monetization Illustrator who is passionate about the gaming industry and excited to create engaging, high-quality visuals for live operations across our games. As part of the Art Department, you will work closely with the Art Director and collaborate with various teams to design 2D assets for special offers, tournaments, sales, promotions, and other monetization-driven content.

1. Design playful, engaging, and visually cohesive assets that enhance the game’s monetization strategies.
2. Conceptualize, present, and execute creative ideas for live-ops content.
3. Collaborate with designers, artists, and monetization managers to develop effective and impactful design solutions.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the Art Team to generate fresh and innovative visual concepts.
5. Produce high-quality content efficiently and at scale, maintaining a balance between speed and artistic excellence.

1. 2+ years of experience as a UI designer or illustrator.
2. Strong artistic and creative skills, including illustration, typography, color theory, composition, and conceptual ideation.
3. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making quick design decisions while meeting tight deadlines.
5. A keen eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
6. A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Experience in the gaming industry is highly preferred.
