What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of the design process, ensuring robust and scalable architecture solutions
- Lead the design and development of technical matrix software architecture
- Maintain and enforce high coding standards
- Ensure and uphold high performance in both backend and frontend systems
- Drive and lead initiatives to improve our code infrastructure
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Mentor and guide developers, ensuring their code meets the established standards
- Work closely with other teams to align on project goals and deliverables
- Push and motivate developers to achieve their best work
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing software architecture
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and React Native
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing and implementing software architecture
- Ability to enforce coding standards and ensure high-quality code
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for both backend and frontend
- Nice to have: Experience with automation tools and frameworks
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative spirit
