Atera is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This crucial role will shape our future workforce, culture and drive sustainable growth.

This crucial role will drive Atera’s global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across all Atera sites. You'll partner closely with business leaders to align hiring plans with strategic goals, optimize recruitment and sourcing processes, and track key metrics.

This is a highly strategic, end-to-end role requiring a keen eye for detail and strong operational skills. You will drive the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This fast-paced, high-scale role demands a leader who can balance strategic thinking with strong execution, leveraging data analytics to optimize processes and drive results. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and values. 
  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Utilize a diverse range of sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, utilize standardized assessments, and leverage behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Lead the negotiation process with final-stage candidates, ensuring competitive offers and a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows to ensure a seamless and candidate-friendly experience. Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
  • Position the company as an employer of choice in the competitive high-tech market. Lead initiatives to enhance our visibility and reputation in the talent ecosystem.
Requirements
  • A Proven experience in talent acquisition role within the high-tech ecosystem (at least 2 years). 
  • Deep understanding of the tech talent market and the unique challenges of sourcing and hiring in the high-tech sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken).
