Description
ביצוע שיחות טלמרקטינג יוצאות: יצירת קשר עם לקוחות פוטנציאליים במטרה להציע את מוצרי ושירותי החברה, ולהגדיל את מאגר הלקוחות.
הדרכת לקוחות חדשים: מתן הסברים והדרכות על השימוש במוצרים והשירותים של החברה, תוך מתן מענה לשאלות והבהרות.
שימור לקוחות קיימים: טיפוח ושימור קשרי לקוחות קיימים, מתן שירות לקוחות איכותי ופתרון בעיות במידת הצורך.
תיאום פגישות: קביעת פגישות עם לקוחות פוטנציאליים וקיימים לצורך הצגת מוצרים ושירותים, והמשך תהליך המכירה.
Requirements
ניסיון קודם במכירות או עבודה במוקד טלפוני – חובה
יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת: שליטה בתוכנות מחשב ובמערכות CRM לניהול קשרי לקוחות.
כישורים וורבליים מצוינים ויכולת ביטוי ושכנוע מעולה: יכולת לתקשר בצורה ברורה ומשכנעת, ולהתאים את המסר ללקוח.
אחריות, עצמאות ודייקנות בעבודה: יכולת לעבוד בצורה עצמאית, לנהל את הזמן ביעילות ולהקפיד על פרטים קטנים.
