We are looking for a Paid acquisition lead to join our Marketing team. This role combines strategy and hands-on execution where you’ll own our paid marketing end-to-end.
What You'll Do:
- Own and scale our paid acquisition strategy across all channels (social, search, display, video)
- Lead hypothesis-driven creative initiatives and develop unique positioning for each channel
- Build and optimize global B2B and B2C campaigns
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-converting assets
- Test and iterate on new channels, audiences, and campaign strategies with a full-funnel approach
- 5+ years experience managing large-scale paid acquisition campaigns
- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C settings, ideally within the SaaS space
- Strong experience with mobile and video advertising campaigns
- Deep understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- A strategic thinker who can blend technical know-how with creative problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities
