Group Leader, Associate Director of Development-Dispatch

About the Role: AT&T is seeking an experienced and visionary Group Leader of Development to lead part of our Dispatch organization. This critical leadership role will be responsible for driving innovative solutions, enhancing operational efficiencies, and leading a dedicated team of professionals to support AT&T's commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with managing multiple multidisciplinary teams (upto 30 employees) including team leaders, development, DevOps, project management and support.
  • Lead and manage a development organization focused on technician dispatch solutions, ensuring alignment with AT&T's strategic goals.
  • Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and processes to optimize field operations and dispatch efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer service, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project milestones and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a development organization
  • Strong understanding of software development and delivery technologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage complex project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with managing multiple multidisciplinary teams
