Role Overview

Students across Germany are using Bildungsgutschein to enroll at Masterschool free of charge. We aspire to develop the best-in-class sales & admissions process for Masterschool students and make it easier for them to enroll using Bildungsgutschein. We are hiring an experienced sales professional who will be responsible for guiding students through the admissions (pre-sales) process, managing sales pipeline and enrollment, and delivering a great customer experience.

The ideal candidate has worked in sales & admissions in the Education or Vocational Training space, and has supported students with the Bildungsgutschein process.

We’re a small team and are looking for candidates who excel at sales and are biased towards action. We hope that this candidate will build a scalable process that will help thousands of students from Germany enroll in Masterschool programs.

We are open to full-time, part-time, or freelance / contract candidates. Fluency in German is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

You will help build and scale Masterschool’s sales & admissions process in the German market. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Sales - Defining and tracking key metrics and KPIs to ensure strong pipeline management and conversion. You will think about how to make the sales process more effective and work cross-functionally to improve results.
  • Admissions - Supporting students in submitting the requirements for Bildungsgutschein. You will engage with students directly to remove hurdles, limit drop-off, and ensure they complete all of the enrollment requirements.

Team members at Masterschool operate at all levels, stay connected to the details, and are motivated to do whatever task - big or small - to deliver results.
