As a Product Solution Manager, you will shape the product offerings and ensure they meet customer needs through their lifecycle. You will collect customer insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product improvements, helping to refine GTM strategy, and shaping the short and long-term product roadmap. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success and business goals. As Product Solution Manager, you will:
- Develop, oversee, and adapt a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing customer demands with business objectives.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between developers, QA teams and architects to deliver top-tier product road maps and releases.
- Be the main focal point for Sales, sales engineers, and project managers to provide the best value to customers from various verticals.
- Actively engage in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and RFIs / RFPs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and prospects, gathering essential requirements and feedback.
For that mission you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in solution management, product management, pre-sale engineering, or sales engineering within a software context.
- Knowledge with complex systems including correlations of identifiers in big data, behavioral analysis and ML/LLM algorithm
- Proven track record of identifying customer requirements, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical areas.
- Hands-on experience in Intelligence, Security, or Cyber domains is highly valued.
- Tech-savvy professional with a thirst for learning new technologies.
- Excellent communication for Outbound & Inbound communication and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English, other languages - advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed (approximately 10-20% of work time/year).
