Description

Who are we looking for?

Syte is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join our Professional Services group. As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be the technical focal point and a principal subject matter expert on the technical management of Tier 1 accounts and onboarding projects. You will also address customers' business requirements and technical implementations.

You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the eCommerce world and master our groundbreaking product while becoming a source of knowledge and an expert in our system.

You'll have the chance to collaborate with industry leaders and join a dynamic, expanding team.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their technical and operational needs are met.
  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of Syte’s solutions into their platforms.
  • Deliver technical training sessions for client teams to maximize adoption.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews to align solutions with Tier 1 clients' evolving needs, identify solutions to address their business requirements, and continuously refine the product solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients’ technical teams to resolve APIs and product integration challenges.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver an exceptional overall client experience.
  • Proactively monitor Syte’s solutions and the accounts׳ performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, or issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Product and R&D teams on technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-sharing materials.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with internal stakeholders such as CS, R&D, BI, and Product to shape our next generation of solutions and processes.
  • Drive knowledge development and document in-depth technical knowledge of the company solutions and services.
Requirements

What will you need?

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as consulting, TAM, or support, preferably solution engineering (eCommerce and/or data fields - an advantage)
  • Experience with client-side web technologies and debugging
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to ask as well as answer meaningful and impactful questions, ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
  • Creative thinker, multitasker, hands-on problem-solver, and process-oriented
  • Can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a creative mind to solve problems
  • Fast learner and passionate about adopting new technologies
  • Experience in scripting languages and SQL - an advantage
  • English-native speaker or mother tongue level. Additional languages - strong advantage
  • Willingness to be available at non-routine hours in a fast-paced environment with effective time-management and prioritization skills

Working days are Monday-Friday.
