Sales Development Representative

As an SDR at MineOS, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and responsible for generating interest and creating qualified sales opportunities for our Sales and GTM team. You’ll play a critical role in driving the sales pipeline, helping organizations better understand the importance of data privacy, and ultimately supporting them in their privacy journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our growth. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective clients.
You will- initiate inquiries to potential clients in the US market to introduce our company and solutions and enhance existing relationships.
- Strong research skills to obtain information about potential customers and identify key individuals in potential customers (companies) to start the sales cycle.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through a combination of outbound emails, and social media outreach.
- Accurately maintain and update information in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Build a prospect database
- Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
- Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices, and processes..
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with a positive and energetic presence.
- Applicants must be native English speakers.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting - Must
- Two years of SDR experience within an intense, fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment – ideally from a privacy/security companies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce (a must), HubSpot and sales tools (LinkedIn/SalesNav, AmpleMarket)
- Monday - Friday work week, East Coast hours.
