As a Growth Product Manager, you will be at the epicenter of product development and strategy. With end-to-end responsibility for the product life cycle and growth, your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the company's future.
- Growth Strategy Development: Define and execute the growth strategy focused on leveraging product features to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- B2B Expertise: Work closely with B2B clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring our product evolves to meet market demands.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong analytical skills to make data-informed decisions, validate hypotheses, and interpret outcomes, focusing on key growth metrics.
- User Experience Optimization: Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the product experience and driving user satisfaction.
- Fast-Paced Agility: Thrive in a dynamic SaaS startup environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering.
- Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product vision and growth strategies to stakeholders.
- Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of the product lifecycle to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

What It Takes:
- Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on growth and Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies - Must
- Proven ability to drive product growth through user-centric design, rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and tools like self-serve funnels and product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, LogRocket).
- B2B Expertise: Track record of building and managing successful B2B SaaS products in a startup environment.
- Experience from ideation to launch, zero-to-one development, and continuous iteration.
- SaaS Growth: Proven success in driving user growth and engagement in a SaaS environment.
- FinTech Sector Experience: Relevant experience in the last three years in payments, banking, or risk management.
- Product Leadership: Recent dedicated Product Management role with a strong history of leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to achieve product goals.
- Marketing Background: Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies to boost product adoption and user engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to validate hypotheses, interpret outcomes, and make informed decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with agile methodologies and a deep understanding of product life cycle management.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background and understanding of relevant technologies and processes.
