Operational Intelligence Analyst

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for an Operational Intelligence Analyst who will be member of the Operations group. As part of the role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of intelligence and implementing. 

In this position, you will collaborate with the Infrastructure Research, Development and DevOps on special projects. You will implement, validate and test aspects within the company’s production environments. 

The candidate will possess strong skills in research and investigative techniques to develop tailored deep and dark web intelligence products.  

Additionally, as an Operational Intelligence Analyst, you must be able to effectively know how to monitor social media and under web intelligence sources to perform needed reviews.

• Conduct tactical research relating to project aims
• Produce actionable methods that serve as solutions to operational challenges 
• Acquiring and maintaining technical and strategic firm assets 
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with R&D teams 
• Working with international teams to provide custom services for project development 

• At least 2 years of experience in active and passive OSINT research, information collection, monitoring, and analysis in underground and open-source forums
• Creative thinking & innovative problem-solving attitude 
• Any experience in networking, cyber operations, and crypto-currency trading, including building and upkeeping technical operational infrastructure
• Fluency in English
• BA degree in Law/Economics/Business/Psychology or equivalent from an accredited institution – an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel - 20%
