We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Manager of Operational Infrastructure to lead and oversee the management of our operational teams. This role will be responsible for Our group manager, who needs to be a creative and sophisticated person who can pay attention to small details and can think on their feet for a unique and challenging role that combines operational activity with intelligence gathering and ensuring the operations team's day-to-day job.
For that, we are looking for our next Group Manager of Operational Infrastructure to join our fantastic operation division.

Responsibilities- Establish independent teams to develop internal workflows and collaborate with other departments.
- Guide, mentor, and enable personal development for team leaders and team members to maintain a highly motivated and engaged team that strives for the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with operational management teams.
- Manage the team leaders to prioritize and Perform operations when needed to achieve their goals.
- Lead operational procurement, configuration, and maintenance processes of the company's unique infrastructure.
- An innovative mind working to improve firm’s infrastructure and operational methods through various technological solutions
- Apply strong problem-solving skills with strong operational background technology regulation and troubleshooting
- 3+ years experience in an operational team lead position.
- Experience: establishing and maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and character traits
- Proactive, delivery-oriented attitude, with attention to small details.
- Ability to work under pressure and towards multiple objectives simultaneously
- High-level communication skills and ability to persuade
- Ability to travel, work, and manage employees from abroad.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
