Legal Counsel - Temporary Position

As part of our growth we are looking for a talented and experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic and professional G&A team.

• Assisting in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including license (“on-prem” and SaaS), reseller and vendor agreements
• Providing day-to-day legal counselling to internal and global business teams on a variety of issues
• Identifying and facilitating opportunities for internal process improvements and implementation processes
• Advising on compliance issues including global privacy issues and financial regulations  
• Handling and assisting in a variety of other issues and projects that arise from time to time

• A certified lawyer with LLB degree in law
• Up to 2 years of experience in the legal department of a tech company or at a law firm
• Ability to work independently
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English & Hebrew
• Experience in practicing privacy law and GDPR – an advantage
