We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Content Manager to join our dynamic and cohesive Knowledge & Enablement team. This team oversees the company’s knowledge resources and learning platforms, both internally and customer-facing.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining our technical content strategy, ensuring that knowledge is accessible, structured, and aligned with business and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams, as well as global knowledge consumers, including Presales, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers, to deliver high-quality documentation and learning resources.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about technical content, thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and enjoys working cross-functionally to enhance knowledge accessibility and product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Take hands-on ownership of the company's technical content, including internal and external documentation, and learning resources.
  • Act as the primary interface between Product and R&D teams and global knowledge consumers (Presales, Account Managers, Solution Engineers, and others).
  • Lead content localization efforts, including multi-lingual adaptations, knowledge base structuring, and format alignment.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of release notes in collaboration with Product and R&D teams.
  • Support R&D applications with clear and concise product and feature descriptions.
Requirements
  • Passion for documentation and knowledge management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in multi-disciplinary content creation and management within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Native-level English proficiency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
  • Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (hybrid work model)
