• Have the opportunity to bring change to some of the largest industries in the world.
• Be responsible for drawing the company’s strategic path, using your ability to connect the dots between macro trends, competitive landscape, and Empathy’s vision and mission.
• Conduct thoughtful research and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into executable action items.
• Drive thought leadership cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing.
• Build and manage data sources and work closely with various internal teams to create best-in-class strategic analysis.
• Support business development work with key market insights.
• You will enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you’ve got the best sales, product, engineering, and marketing people to take up on your recommendations.

• 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, business operations, or corporate strategy.
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven record in establishing strategic frameworks.
• Developed analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• MBA or MS. is a plus.
• Experience working in the Insurance or Healthcare sectors is a plus.
