Responsibility:
· Manage and process invoices from vendors.
· Responsibility for the company's credit cards process, reconciliation, and payments.
· Responsibility for company's reimbursement and travel reports system.
· Fluent work with local and abroad banks.
· Fluent work and communication with local and abroad vendors.
· Support month, quarter and year closing procedures
· Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
· Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
Requirements
· Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
· Good level of English (both spoken and written)
· Experience working with Priority – A Must.
· Experience in a multi-national company – Advantage.
· Experience with accrual and payments – Advantage.
· Strong Excel skills
