Program Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of our SaaS solutions. The Program Manager will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and exceeding customer expectations.

What is your mission?

• Planning and Execution:
• Develop and maintain the program timeline, encompassing requirements, development, testing, integration, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver the projects on time and within quality standards.
• Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimize productivity and mitigate risks.
• Track program progress, address issues promptly, and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Provide timely updates to leadership regarding program status
• Release Management:
• Manage the release process for software updates, enhancements, and new features across multiple products.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to prioritize and schedule releases, ensuring seamless deployment.
• Track customer feedback and work with relevant teams to resolve any issues.
• Program Management Champion:
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the teams.
• Facilitate transparent communication with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Foster innovation and best practices adoption, leveraging industry trends and benchmarks to drive efficiency and effectiveness in SaaS delivery.

• Deep understanding of SaaS deployment models, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira for project management and issue tracking
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Well-experienced with Project Management methodology and familiar with the latest trends in the PM domain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Nice to have superpowers:

• Ability to analyze data using excel and BI tools.
• Agile Portfolio Management experience
• Experience working with law enforcement or intelligence professionals

Education & Experience

• B.Sc. degree in Computer science, Information systems or equivalent.
• 5 years of Project Management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge
• Experience in Agile methodology, as well as tools for project management.
• Experience working with R&D and Product teams, collaborating closely with architects to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of product managers, developers, DevOps, and others.
• Excellent English is mandatory
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within quality.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), version control systems (e.g., Git), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
