We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic HR Team in Tel Aviv.

Wake up for this:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for sourcing and recruiting top talent within the organization. This includes evaluating hiring needs, forecasting future workforce requirements, and designing initiatives to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Establish and maintain data best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency in tracking KPIs and metrics related to talent acquisition. Use this data to improve recruitment processes, manage budgets, and provide insights to hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey, reflecting the company’s values and culture.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Manage and optimize the performance and efficiency of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the recruitment field to drive innovation and improve processes.
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience and at least 3 years of experience leading a team.
  • Proven success building recruiting teams with direct hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and employer branding strategies.
  • Strong partner and collaboration with business leaders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Comeet, is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data and metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Passionate and driven to build winning teams.
  • Can-do approach and positive, happy energies.
