Job Title: System Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, AWS environments, and providing advanced technical support. You will be contributing to IT projects and ensuring robust network administration. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing office IT infrastructure and network administration using SASE Architecture.
• Optimizing AWS environments, specifically EC2, VPC, and S3.
• Setting up hybrid environments with Azure and EntraID.
• Providing technical support in MacOS and Windows environments.
• Supporting video conferencing systems and handling software distribution.
• Maintaining firewall and VPN systems, and monitoring system performance.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - must
• Experience with Networking(firewall) and VPN - must
• Proficiency in managing AWS services like EC2, VPC, and S3 - must
• Experience with hybrid environments using Azure and EntraID - must
• Experience with Linux administration, backup systems, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Familiar with SSO ,SAML,SCIM.
• Advanced technical skills in Mac and Windows environments.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and Bash
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.
• VPN using SASE Architecture (CATO).
• Knowledge with video conferencing systems.
• Relevant certifications are preferred.
