As a Cognyter you will:

• Researching and implementing creative solutions to various signal intelligence problems 
• Learning how protocols work
• Writing low-latency, high-throughput code 

For that mission you’ll need:

• 3+ years R&D experience with Matlab/C++
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree or military background
• Modem development experience - must
• Channel coding (ECC, FEC), OFDM experience - big advantage
• Experience working with SDR's - big advantage
• Cellular protocols (GSM\UMTS\LTE\5G) - advantage
• Python - advantage
• Embedded reverse engineering - advantage
• Knowledge of satellite communication - advantage
