Description
Madlan is revolutionizing the way people buy and rent new homes by empowering them with knowledge. Our experts — data scientists, city planners, and cartographers are working to generate dozens of insights for every address in Israel. We enable people to envision what life would be like in a new home before signing a contract and moving in.
Our goal is not only to provide great service to our customers, but also help the company learn and improve based on insights the support team gains from our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with Madlan.
- Take ownership of new accounts and manage their on-boarding
- Provide service & support to Madlan’s customers
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Stay in touch with customers to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of Madlan and solve their issues and technical questions
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the Madlan teams and Provide client feedback internally
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 year of experience in customer service/ customer support / Technical Account Management - advantage
- Technical skills with the ability to understand customer's challenges / needs and advise on best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- High level of service orientation
- Ability to connect and build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Hebrew speaker - Must
