Rapyd is looking for our next Revenue Operation Manager to perform analysis and reporting: support dives deep into sales data to uncover trends and opportunities, providing data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Process Optimization and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales and GTM processes, resolve administrative tasks, and ensure seamless issue resolution, ensuring adherence to processes and commercial guidelines.
- CRM and Techstack Support: Administer and maintain the respective sales and GTM teams pipeline and data in Salesforce, Providing Salesforce maintenance and “Lead-to-Closed Won" assistance.
- Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales success and drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Support weekly, monthly & quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the sales organization as a whole, identifying significant changes and trends.
- Be the subject matter expert for all processes, data, and reporting related to the company revenue,
- FP&A -Conduct financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making on strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and other business opportunities related to the Sales and GTM org.
- Work routines:
- Manage and prioritize ongoing Revenue Operations requests.
- Daily QA -Execute data hygiene tasks and pipeline management.
- Visibility -Creating and building decks for management meetings.
- Above all, willing to be hands-on, be agile and have the desire to learn and grow.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/CS Operations, or a similar role.
- Salesforce certified - MUST.
- Strong knowledge of Excel functions/ G-Suite.
- Experience working with BI tools such as Looker and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Sales Software Management: You are adept at using CRM software, such as Salesforce and/or Outreach, and are familiar with sales automation and analytics tools.
- Experienced in pipeline management, program management, and/ Or project management.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, Organized with a strong sense of urgency and attention to details
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.
- Excellent English skills (Verbal and Written)
- Advantage: Experience with FP&A process and cost efficiency analysis,
