Sub - Contractor Manager

Basic Job Purpose:.

TKAM will manage the overall relationship with the subcontractor (SC) located in the USA. Due to the time difference, this role requires flexibility to work outside standard hours. The TKAM will collaborate with relevant interfaces across Lumenis Be and SC or 2nd tier suppliers, leading all issues under their responsibility to final resolution.

Main Duties:

Lead all issues and processes to final resolution and serve as the focal point for all subcontractor’s issues such as:

• Production & Supply monitoring
• Product quality and engineering issues
• Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) implementations
• Quarterly business reviews
• Capacity increase related activities
• Price list management & monitoring
• OBS & Critical parts tracking
• Conduct inventory counts at vendors once a quarter

·        Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or project management in a contract manufacturing company.

·        Strong leadership ability and proven experience in a matrix environment.

·        Self-starter and versatile.

·        Assertiveness and ability to multi-task, perform under pressure.

·        Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English. Fluent English is essential for both speaking and writing.

·        Strong teamwork capabilities are crucial.

·        Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (advantageous).

·        This position may require occasional travel to the US based on project needs
