Implementation Squad Lead

Nym is looking for a Squad Lead to join our growing Implementation group, reporting to Eldar Shua, our Director of Implementation and Support.

As a Squad Lead, you will:

• Support Nym’s clients throughout the technical implementation process while cooperating with our R&D, Product, Customer Success

• Work hands-on to support our customers in their technical needs.

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team (engineers, data analysts, and medical data analysts) to achieve success, helping them enhance their professional skills while effectively using business metrics.

• Review and refine existing implementation processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Effectively prioritize and re-prioritize tasks due to frequent changes, through strong data orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze quantitatively scope technical requirements.

• 3+ years experience as a Team Leader/Project Manager with proven experience in execution and full ownership of technical projects.

• Experience working with enterprise clients - Advantage.

• 1+ years of experience in backend software engineering and SQL – Advantage.

• Experience working in an implementation group – Advantage.
