Entain is one of the world's largest sports betting and gaming groups operating in the online sector. We are establishing a new performance marketing growth group in Tel-Aviv, that will initially serve Entains' Performance Marketing business units.
We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager/Producer to join our Performance Marketing team. This role is a critical part of our creative production process, ensuring that all creative assets flow smoothly between teams and are delivered efficiently, on time, and at the highest quality .The role will involve overseeing the production of creative assets for the Performance Marketing department .You will work closely with creative teams, campaign managers, and performance experts to deliver high-quality content that aligns with marketing goals.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects within the marketing department, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and goals are met.
- Oversee the production of creative assets (such as ads, videos, banners, landing pages, and paid content) for performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, designers, and brand team to develop and execute creative concepts that are efficient and aligned with performance goals.
- Ensure the entire process runs smoothly, from the initial concept to the final delivery of assets.
- Maintain high-quality standards, track project progress, and ensure deliverables are aligned with the needs of the performance marketing team.
- Work closely with campaign managers to ensure that creative assets meet expectations and performance requirements.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with all necessary teams to ensure smooth workflow and successful campaign execution.
- Review creative materials to ensure they meet high standards, align with the brand guidelines, tone of voice and local regulations.
- Assist in planning campaigns, testing roadmap and creative production in alignment with marketing strategy, business objectives, and specific channel needs.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or production within a marketing or digital environment.
- Previous experience in project/production management within a creative or a brand marketing team.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and creative requirements for paid campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and working under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools (Monday , Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with creative testing, campaign planning, and content production processes, with experience tailoring content for different channels.
