Customer Onboarding Operator – Hybrid Role (Field & Office)

Plus500 is looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hybrid Customer Onboarding Operator, combining in-person client meetings with office-based onboarding support.
In this role, you will split your time between traveling to meet clients face-to-face across Israel and working from our office to assist clients remotely. This flexible position is designed to balance the demands of regulatory compliance with the efficiency of remote support, ensuring an exceptional client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
Field Responsibilities (as needed):
- Travel to meet clients across Israel, ensuring all onboarding steps are completed according to regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear instructions on required documentation and procedures during face-to-face meetings.
- Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Plan and manage your schedule to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and customer care.
Office-Based Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with clients via phone to welcome them and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Assist clients in navigating our platform and completing necessary onboarding steps.
- Handle escalated AML review queues and report positive or potentially positive screenings to MLROs.
- Respond to incoming customer support tickets promptly and professionally.
- Perform routine quality control checks over Client Verification teams.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to troubleshoot any challenges in the client journey.
Education & Experience:
- Academic degree – an advantage.
- Previous experience in client-facing or onboarding roles – an advantage.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-manage and effectively plan travel schedules.
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented approach with patience and empathy.
- Problem-solving and self-learning capabilities.
Languages:
- Hebrew – high level written and spoken (mandatory).
- English – high level written and spoken (mandatory).
- Arabic – an advantage.
Flexibility:
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings across Israel as required.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Requirement:
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
