We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our team. The BI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities - what you’ll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through thorough testing and validation

• Optimize existing BI solutions for performance and scalability

• Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions and processes

• Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools, technologies, and trends

• Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and solutions

Requirements - does this describe you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Engineer or in a similar role

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, YellowFin, Superset, or similar

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
