Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Analyst to join Israel’s Global Business Applications team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform, as well as related automation and business systems across various domains, including Sales, Service, and Marketing. 

You will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining Salesforce and integrative tools, driving scalability to its full potential.

As a Salesforce Analyst, you will manage end-to-end projects, lead implementation efforts, and provide ongoing system maintenance. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, be an experienced team player, and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities & Scope of Role:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, documentation, testing, production release, and team communication.
  • Manage and execute Salesforce configuration tasks, such as validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and flows.
  • Implement and automate processes within our customer service platform - Intercom.
  • Collaborate with global teams to provide system support, conduct training, gather feedback, and identify system enhancement opportunities.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
Requirements

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of experience as a system analyst or project manager, with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementations.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce, including configuration, design, and administration (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules).
  • Knowledge of development components (e.g., triggers, classes, Visualforce pages) is essential.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms, with a preference for Intercom experience.
  • Experience integrating third-party tools with Salesforce (e.g., Salesloft, LinkedIn SN, FormTitan, marketing tools).
  • Strong service orientation with the ability to manage relationships with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce.com certification is an advantage.
