As a company that advocates a customer-first approach, we're known for our professional Success team and are hiring a Solution Expert to join our Billing Team.
As a Solution Expert, you will act as a customer facing end-to-end project manager, serving as the primary connection between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will lead the entire lifecycle of the customer project—from discovery and onboarding to successful implementation and training. You will act as the "head of the project" from the customer’s perspective, ensuring everything is delivered as planned and meeting their expectations.
In this role, you will take full ownership of customer projects, coordinating across internal departments such as Customer Success, Support, and Product while also maintaining close communication with the customer. Acting as the central point of contact, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing their technical implementation. You will also train customers to use the platform effectively and provide ongoing support until the project successfully goes live. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be expected to align all stakeholders, proactively address challenges, and ensure smooth project execution. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and deliver exceptional results on time.
Requirements- 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS companies—mandatory.
- 3+ years of proven experience implementing software/SaaS platforms—mandatory.
- Experience in project management or PMO roles—significant advantage.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)—mandatory.
- Familiarity with ERP and billing tools—advantage.
- Technical aptitude for software configuration and integrations.
- Ambitious, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
- Thrives under pressure and is adept at managing competing priorities.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
