Nayax is looking for a Treasurer to join our Finance team.
This position is going to report to the Sr. Director of Finance Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and optimal fund allocation.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposure, interest rates, and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards.
- Support financial planning by providing insights on cash forecasts and investment strategies.
- Analyze and optimize working capital management, including receivables and payables.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and leadership teams to align treasury activities with business goals.
- Leverage technology and automation to improve treasury operations and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial instruments, and banking operations.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools.
- Experience in managing FX exposure, liquidity planning, and debt management is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
