Position Overview:
For Cellebrite’s offices in Tel Aviv, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is passionate about supporting team both globally and locally. In addition you will oversee remotely the Administration tasks in our production site at the Kiryat MalakhiSouth of Israel. [YG1]

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions at the Tel Aviv office, including managing office supplies, food, and maintenance while ensuring budget compliance. Supervise cleaning and facility upkeep on-site.
- Manage administrative needs for the Kiryat Malakhi (KM) production site, including office supplies, food, and welfare activities[YG2] so forth. This role is primarily remote but requires periodically on-site visits at least twice a month or as needed.
- Welcome and assist visitors, including candidates, vendors, and guests, ensuring a professional and hospitable experience.
- Maintain close communication with stakeholders across the organization and coordination with HQ in Petah Tikva [YG3] to support administrative tasks, deliveries, IT services, operations, and HR matters.
- As part of our Admin team, you might need to work in our Petach Tikva HQ office upon need, to ensure smooth and collaborative process across the team.
- Provide employee support for various needs, such as parking arrangements, gym memberships, and liaising with HQ, landlords, or external providers.
- Assist in planning and executing company welfare events at the Tel Aviv office and KM Production site.[YG4]
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage offboarding procedures for departing employees.
- Handle additional operational tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc.).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work Commitment: On-site role, 5 days a week during regular working hours, with a willingness to stay extra hours as needed.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service mindset, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
- Adaptability: Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
