We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize our global revenue operations. This key leadership role requires an individual with a strong enterprise background, the ability to work with C-level executives and General Managers, and a data-driven mindset to provide insights, forecasts, and business recommendations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, business-savvy, and deeply knowledgeable about our products and technology.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Lead the business operations within designated regions, ensuring business continuity, success, and growth in the region
  • Serve as a member of the regional management team, contributing to strategic planning and high-level decision-making.
  • Own and drive financial objectives, including bookings, revenue, and collection targets.
  • Act as the sale’s organizational representative in cross-functional teams, influencing collaboration across diverse departments.
  • Support the sales teams while overseeing a large-scale sales force of sales managers and presales professionals.
  • Ensure pipeline management, forecasting, analytics, and KPI tracking through performance dashboards and QBR leadership.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive sales process improvements and successfully implement new initiatives within the sales organization.
  • Lead and support the implementation of company-wide sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless lead generation and follow-up processes.
Requirements

For that you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Revenue Operations or equivalent leadership role within a global high-tech enterprise.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with C-level executives and GMs, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional skills in business analytics, forecasting, and sales performance management.
  • Extensive experience in CRM systems, sales tools, and operational processes.
  • Strong background in leading or supporting large, complex sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Ability to work with and for customers to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude, ensuring tasks and initiatives are executed efficiently.
