As a 2-sided platform, we are expanding our business department and looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help market new multi-product services to SMBs.
About The Role:
We are seeking a B2B (SMB) Product Marketing Manager to join the Business department at easy.co.il. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing strategies that will directly influence the product’s development and roadmap. You'll bridge the gap between product and marketing, using market insights to shape messaging and drive demand. By closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our products resonate with local businesses and help them grow through our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ongoing product marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth, SMB customer base expansion and adoption across our existing SMB customer base.
- Develop and implement comprehensive, segment oriented, go-to-market strategies to launch new products and enhance the visibility of existing offerings, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and customer success teams, to define positioning and craft compelling messaging that clearly communicates product value.
- Own the entire content strategy, from managing freelancers and overseeing content creation to leading the development of landing pages, marketing materials, and in-app communications.
- Manage end-to-end marketing communications across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, and in-product messaging, to ensure engagement and meet KPIs.
- Drive the creation, management, and optimization of landing pages, ensuring content aligns with overall business goals and customer needs.
- Establish and refine marketing strategies that combine data-driven insights and creative ideas to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze performance metrics, A/B tests, and feedback to optimize messaging, content, and campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment; experience with SMBs is a major plus.
- Proven experience deploying go-to-market strategies across a variety of marketing channels.
- Operationally skilled in overseeing multiple tasks and teams, from content creation to campaign management, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex ideas into clear and engaging messaging.
- Experience managing projects from A-Z, including conceptualization, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in optimizing user funnels and driving conversions through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of using analytics, A/B testing, and metrics to influence decision-making and drive KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies that drive product awareness and customer understanding.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that captures attention and drives action.
- A creative, independent thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly adapt to new challenges.
