Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting- edge product based in Tel Aviv.
We are looking for a Organizational Development Partner to join our team.
As a part of this team you will manage and execute cross company OD practices & strategy that fosters organizational effectiveness and promotes the unique culture at Paragon. Implementing and constantly improving processes, best practices and methodologies that the entire organization can use to grow, enhancing employee engagement, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Implement global development programs and initiatives across the company such as leadership development and talent management
Centralize support for ongoing HR processes
Research, uncover and liaise with the best vendors for training key skills and competencies needed in the organization
Lead F2F training on key skills and competencies for managers and employees
Implement ongoing measurement mechanisms, establishing metrics and analytics to gauge the effectiveness of OD & HR programs.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Organizational Development Specialist
Background in HR Generalist/HRBP/ Training/ Consulting
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with people skills workshop facilitations
Ability to work independently with full ownership
Proactive and “can do” approach
English at a very good level: Conversation / Reading / Writing
Experience in training development, educational technology tools, tutorials and learning deliverables
