Responsibilities- Utilize Big data analysis statistical models and visualizations to perform deep data analysis, build reports, and create dashboards that provide actionable insights
- Design dollar to coin pricing of daily offers and adjust them according to the monthly CRM plan
- Develop, maintain and update daily offers for each audience and different segment group in order to motivate and encourage the users to stay, pay and enjoy from activity
- Managing the coins to diamonds pricing workflow, ensuring consistent analysis of coins spent to optimize each monetization activity
- Provide strategic recommendations regarding gift pricing and sales in order to optimize user's balance spend
- Take full ownership of the economic structure, ensuring that both free and paid economies are well-balanced to maximize player engagement, retention, and revenue
- Constantly improve and optimize customer life-cycle campaigns through analysis and AB testing, focus on user’s retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value
- Analyze and monitor performance and daily KPI’s in order to optimize every proposed offer and adjust pricing strategy accordingly
- Initiate segmentation for treatment according to revenue trends, innovate and think of ways we can grow and improve
- Stay up-to-date on product improvements to implement customers the right benefits at the right time and optimize monetization efforts; setup new campaigns and innovate ideas
- Study the market and stay up to date with the best practices, implement them and improve
- Identify specific actionable growth opportunities through live ops and monetization activities
- Constantly re-evaluate, anticipate and identify problems and troubleshoot issues
- 2+ years experience
- Analytical thinking skills & attention to detail
- Advanced technical skills, including MS Office, Excel, SQL
- B2C Experience
- A structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Methodological approach to data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions
- Knowledge of CRM, back-office systems, data structures, reporting, and AB testing methodology
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Exact Science or Economics
