DealHub is a dynamic, global and fast-growing high tech company, specializing in innovative sales engagement and CPQ solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Office Admin & PA to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth journey.
As an Office Admin & PA you will be responsible for ensuring all office and HR operations are working smoothly and productively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Responsible for office maintenance and repairs, collecting office tickets and working with vendors and service providers.
- Lead welfare activities, including happy-hours, toasts, company and teams events.
- Support HR operations and administration, including onboarding/offboarding processes, gifts, social events and more.
- Act as the personal assistant of the CEO and support any operations related to his day-to-day administration.
- At least 1+ year experience in managing office / HR operations in big organizations.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew is a must (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent project management skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
- Great ambition to work in dynamic hours, and in a global and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
