We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with development skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration and a passion for leveraging Salesforce capabilities to drive business success. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform, developing custom solutions, and supporting our sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, permissions, security, data integrity, and system configurations.
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other development tools to meet business needs.
- Create and manage workflow rules, process builders, validation rules, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
- Perform data imports, updates, and backups. Ensure data cleanliness and integrity within the Salesforce platform.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of Salesforce.
- Work with third-party applications and APIs to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and implement best practices.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structure, security, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
- Proficiency in developing custom workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the tech or financial services industry.
