Basic Job Purpose:
Manage projects related to product line lifecycle from all technical aspects.
Main Duties:
- Management of various projects within the Engineering department.
- ECO initiation, management and implementation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Ensure products are manufactured based on the standards set by the organization.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
· >5 years’ experience in multidisciplinary companies.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
· Experience with project management software tools.
· Strong project leadership capability.
· Good communicational skills in English and Hebrew- Verbal, writing, reading
· Experience with CAD tools.
· Experience in supporting production lines.
· Team player
· Experience in medical device companies- an advantage
· Organizational: capable working in dynamic & global environment
